He Shoots – He Scores!

So Sean scored his first real goal today – on a penalty shot, no less, after being pulled down. He went for the power (like his dad) rather than the deke, and the shot snuck through.
Clearly he still has some things to learn, as his shot didn’t go over the net, or miss wide. But I will work with him. We can get him tuned up to put some fear into the goalie.
No doubt I should start planning for early retirement, and learning how to deal with the press on an ongoing basis.
